BLOEMFONTEIN - 2 COPS SENTENCED TO LIFE BEHIND BARS FOR RAPING DETAINEE!

Two police officers have been sentenced to life behind bars after they were convicted of raping a detainee along the N1 highway in Kroonstad.

The pair was transporting the prisoner to the Kroonstad Correctional Services facility in 2012 when they stopped the vehicle and attacked her.

Warrant officers Robert Maduna and Moses Khotle were sentenced in the Bloemfontein Regional Court.







Police watchdog spokesperson Grace Langa said, “We are proud that our investigators managed to secure life imprisonment for the two officers on a case of rape.”
