KWAZULU-NATAL - CHATSWORTH - 3 MEN ARRESTED INCLUDING PASTOR FOR ASSAULT AND KIDNAPPING OF WOMAN!

On 21 August 2015, Chatsworth detectives made a breakthrough when they arrested three suspects, aged between 39 and 49, for kidnapping and assault; all three suspects are expected to appear today in the Chatsworth Magistrate’s Court.

It is alleged that on 16 January 2015, a 38-year-old woman was accosted by the three suspects, one of whom is alleged to be a pastor in the vicinity of Welbedacht East, Chatsworth.



The assailants forced the victim into a vehicle and assaulted her before pushing her out their vehicle near Umlazi. She was admitted at a local hospital due to injuries.

A case of kidnapping was opened at Chatsworth police station for investigation.
