JOHANNESBURG - NGO TO CHALLENGE SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT

NGO Women and Men Against Child Abuse and seven complainants plan to challenge the constitutionality of parts of the sexual offences Act.

If successful, this could set a precedent for other abuse matters.

Their case involves a high profile Johannesburg businessman and philanthropist -accused of molesting young children entrusted in his care more than 40 years ago.
