KWAZULU-NATAL - 4 YEAR OLD RAPED AND HUNG FROM TREE!

KwaZulu-Natal police have confirmed a four-year-old rape victim has been hospitalised after she was found hanging from a tree in Verulam.

It's understood the young girl was attacked yesterday morning when her grandmother left her home to visit someone in the area.

The grandmother then launched a search party when she returned home and realised the four-year-old was missing.

The police's Thulani Zwane says no arrests have been made.

“It’s suspected that she was raped as well. A case of attempted murder and rape has been opened and child protection has also opened a case.”
